Terms of Service

Status: draft for product and counsel review.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

Operators are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and ensuring that organization members have the correct authorization.

2. Acceptable Use

The platform must not be used to process unlawful content, deploy deceptive applications, or solicit sensitive personal data without an approved legal basis and configuration.

3. Customer Data

Customer project content and application runtime data remain controlled by the customer except where platform operator processing is required for account, security, support, billing, or legal obligations.

4. Providers

The production baseline assumes approved provider processing through Infomaniak unless a documented provider exception is active.

5. Governing Terms

Final commercial, liability, governing law, and dispute terms must be supplied by counsel before production launch.
